Freshora – Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Freshora (“App”) collects and processes your personal data. The App is published on the App Store by individual developer Halit Bedii TANER (“Developer”).

2. Data We Collect

When you sign in to the App, we use Apple’s authentication system. The following information may be received:

Apple-issued anonymous user identifier (User Identifier)
Name and email address, if the user chooses to share them (Apple’s Hide My Email feature is supported)

2.2 Photo Library Access

You may upload photos from your device’s gallery to the App. This access occurs only with your explicit permission and is limited to the photos you actively select. We do not scan or store your full gallery.

2.3 Camera Access

You may use your device’s camera to capture and upload photos to the App. Camera access is used only during active sessions and requires your explicit permission. We do not access the camera in the background.

2.4 Uploaded Photos

Photos you upload are processed and stored solely to provide the App’s core functionality. They are not shared with third parties or used for advertising purposes.

Apple Inc.: As part of the Sign in with Apple infrastructure

5. Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days, unless longer retention is required by law.

6. Your Rights

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the following rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679:

Right of access – obtain a copy of the personal data we hold about you
Right to rectification – request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”) – request deletion of your data

Right to object – object to processing based on legitimate interests
Right to withdraw consent – where processing is based on consent, withdraw it at any time

7. Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us immediately.

We may update this policy periodically. For significant changes, we will notify users via in-app notification or email. The current version will always be available at this location.
